-We needed to have a new roof for our house in Queens, NY in 2021. Thank God one of my colleagues recommended NISI. She said that they had done great work for many of the parishioners in her church and all were very satisfied. After our estimate, which was at a fair price, we signed a contract with Rey of NISI. He was a pleasure to work with. -To make a long story short- we had our total roof and gutter install done in May of 2021 and we are extremely pleased with their work. -Rey and his team completed the work according to the promised timeline and made sure we were satisfied. They were great and knowledgeable roofers. - As for customer communication, Rey was very responsive, answered questions, and informed us of any unexpected discoveries. He was willing to make any adjustments at our request and didn't have an attitude about it. -They are honorable and upstanding roofers and they cleaned up behind themselves. -My family would recommend NISI to whoever needs roof work. -We give them 5 stars out of 5!

They did a wonderful job, very professional & wouldn’t hesitate using them again. Highly recommend to anyone who needs work done on they’re home.

Marvin and his team are exceptional at what they do AND at how they do it. Nisi did roof work for me several years ago and I called him this week for a very small job (siding fell out) and he responded and was at my house within hours to look at the damage and had his team come out and repair it within a couple of days. Rey and his Team are amazing. Very professional and they care about the work they are doing. Their attention to every detail and recommendations made my project look amazing. Roof & siding came out great!!!!!!! Also, my neighbor needed a small repair and they helped her out - no job is too big or too small - can’t say enough about their work and Rey’s team!!!
